NOV 2008 — The sixth annual Great Marpole Trick-or-Treat proved very popular again this year with merchants and children alike! The desire for treats, combined with dry weather, made for a street full of costumed children going door-to-door to participating merchants displaying the now well-known orange pumpkin decal. More than 50 participating businesses recorded bigger crowds than last year, and that the candy ran out early! Thanks to those merchants who posted the pumpkin decal and participated in this very popular community event!
